Android users
1. A problem may be the lack of consent for access to the authorized application for the phone's memory.
You must change the application's permissions.
   a. Go to phone settings
   b. Find the Applications entry
   c. Click on Applications and move to the next position, i.e. Application Manager<.br> d. Click on the application whose permissions we want to change and then select Permissions.
   e. To edit the application's permissions, use the button next to each option.
   f. For some applications, we can also go over to review all the permissions that the application has.
To view all the permissions of the application, click MORE and then click All permissions.
2. Make sure that the installed security software on your device (firewalls, anti-virus program, anti-spyware, ad blocking program, so-called adblock) does not block Delta Media Player.
3. Please unzip and reinstall the Delta Media Player program.
4. When the above methods fail, restore the factory settings in the phone / device. Depending on the phone model, the option to restore factory settings may be in different tabs.
In this tip, however, we will present a procedure that applies to most Android devices.
Go to Settings> Data backup and erase. Select Factory settings and confirm your desire to restore the settings by selecting Reset phone.
There is another way.
If, with the phone on, depending on the model, you hold the volume and lock button or the volume button, the lock button and the Home button for a few seconds, various options will appear on the screen.
Use the volume control key to select the Factory / Factory Reset / Wipe Data option (the names may vary depending on the device), then select it by pressing (depending on the model) the Home key or the lock button.
And here again, depending on the phone model, the process will start immediately or you will still need to confirm your desire to restore factory settings by selecting the Reboot system option.

Windows users
1. Make sure that the security software installed on your computer (firewalls, ... firewall, anti-virus program, anti-spyware, windows defender) does not block Delta Media Player.
A typical example is the Advanced SystemCare application designed for the comprehensive optimization of the Windowsta system.
Unfortunately, it blocks the proper functioning of the Delta Media Player program, so it should be unmounted.
2. Make sure that any update program installed on your computer does not block Delta Media Player.
A typical example is the program named: InstallShield Update Service Scheduler (ISUSPM.exe) which prevents the reception of Delta Media Player.
That's why it should be turned off. You can do this by going to the Task Manager.
The path to this process is C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ InstallShield \ Update
3. Please unzip and reinstall the Delta Media Player program.
4. Solution:
-in the program's properties, mark the "run as administrator" option and set the compatibility mode with windows7.
-then open the windows task manager and "kill" the running deltamediaplayer process.
-restart your computer and it should already work normally.
5. Change DNS to public.
If you have Windows 7, all you have to do is right-click the icon from the network in the bottom right corner.
Then choose "Open Network and Sharing Center".
On the left side there will be a tab with changing the settings of the network card.
A window will appear in which you will see the available network adapters. At this point, you must select the active tab by right-clicking and selecting "Properties".
Then you have to choose "Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP / IPv4). Next you select the option next to "Use the following DNS server addresses".
In these fields, enter: Preferred 8.8.8.8 Alternative 8.8.4.4

Error message: A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
- Screen resolution settings need to be adjusted (mostly related to Windows 8 and 10 users)
- The compatibility settings for the Delta Media Player need to be changed
- Graphic card needs to be updated
- Run your computer in SafeMode
Solution 1 - Adjust screen resolution settings
1. Click on the Start menu (lower left corner of your desktop)
2. Select Control Panel, then in the pop up window, select Hardware and Sound
3. Then in the Display section, select Adjust Screen Resolution
4. In this screen, select the drop down menu next to Resolution. The recommended is 1280 x 1024, lower this to either 1280 x 960 or 1280 x 800 and then click on Apply then close this window.
Windows 8 and Windows 10 users
1. Right click on the game from the desktop and choose Properties
2. Then go to the compatibility tab and scroll down, check the box of Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution
3. Then click on apply and try to play the Delta Media Player again

Solution 2 - Adjust the compatibility settings
1. Right-click on the program Delta Media Player from the desktop and choose Properties

4. Importantly, make sure you check the box run this as an administrator
5. Click Apply and then OK
6. Try to play Delta Media Player again as this should now work

Solution 3 - Update Graphic Card Driver
The most common drivers are listed below.
Intel
GeForce
AMD Radeon
NOTE: If you're not sure which driver you're using, download Driver Booster 3 which will help you detect your driver and any faults, etc.

403 - You do not have permission.
1. Check for URL errors and make sure you're specifying an actual web page file name and extension, not just a directory.
Most websites are configured to disallow directory browsing, so a 403 Forbidden message when trying to display a folder instead of a specific page, is normal and expected.
2. Clear your browser's cache. Issues with a cached version of the page you're viewing could be causing 403 Forbidden issues.
3. Clear your browser's cookies, especially if you typically log in to this website and logging in again (the last step) didn't work.
4. Request blocked by malware. Another cause of the 403 error may be malicious software located on your computer.
There are viruses that force the 403 error on selected web pages, such as through a "Hosts" file system that may have been corrupted or may contain incorrect information.
Scan your computer for malware to make sure your computer is clean and free.
Keep in mind that the above causes are just examples! The best way to solve the 403 error is to analyze the WWW / HTTP logs for your server. You will find a detailed error message that will help you pinpoint the cause of the 403 error.

Error message: Socket operation timed out
1. Make sure your operating system is up-to-date.
2. Make sure that the security software installed on your computer (firewalls, anti-virus, anti-spyware, windows defender) does not block Delta Media Player.
3. Uninstall Delta Media Player and restart your computer (turn it off and then restart) and then reinstall Delta Media Player.

Error message: Service no available HTTP error code 400.
The 400 Bad Request error is an HTTP status code that means that the request you sent to the website server, often something simple like a request to load a web page, was somehow incorrect or corrupted and the server couldn't understand it.
1. Check for errors in the URL. The most common reason for a 400 Bad Request error is because the URL was typed wrong or the link.
2. Uninstall Delta Media Player and restart your computer (turn it off and then restart) and then install Delta Media Player again.
3. Clear your browser's cookies, especially if you're getting a Bad Request error with a Google service.
Many sites report a 400 error when a cookie it's reading is corrupt or too old.
4. Clear your DNS cache, which should fix the 400 Bad Request error if it's being caused by outdated DNS records that your computer is storing.
5. Clear your browser's cache. A cached but corrupt copy of the web page you're trying to access but find the 400 error, could be the root of the problem.

Error message: The application was not properly started (Oxc 0000022)
1. Make sure that the security software installed on your computer (firewalls, anti-virus, anti-spyware, windows defender) does not block Delta Media Player.
2. The usual reason for this is also the Windows add-in, which is often not enabled at the factory, namely DirectPlay.
Open Control Panel > Click on Programs and Features > Upper Left click "Turn Windows Features On or Off" > When the list populates find Legacy Components, you might have to scroll down.
Click the tiny PLUS to the left of Legacy Components > There is Direct Play item in there and make sure it is CHECKED. Click OK.

While watching the picture stutters at times. What could be the reason?
1. While watching the picture stutters at times. What could be the reason?
For proper reception we recommend internet connection speeds is 6Mbit(download) for SD channels (standard definition) and 10Mbit(download) for HD channels (high definition).
To determine the cause, please test the speed of your connection when problems occurs.
It will show the speed Internet connection you are getting. Please remember that the primary factor is the location and ISP. The mere possession of such a link. 20 Mbit / s can not be a condition of "good internet". The operator typically guarantees the bandwidth between you and the provider edge routers. The quality of the Internet consists of, among others, access time between you and our network bandwidth provider to our network. So, eg. A supplier of high-quality fiber-optic Internet in Poland, and the poor to the Internet in Spain, in this case, if the servers are located in the Netherlands, you may have problems with smooth watching. You can check your internet speed here: http://twojeip.wp.pl
2. Another reason for poor image quality may be your computer, which may be too slow and simply does not keep up with the information you send, after some time starting to choke, causing the image to jam.

I do not get a response to my email, what could be the reason?
We make every effort to ensure that the responses were fast and professional. It is possible you use a program that controls the incoming messages and removes our message. Users with mailboxes in the portals of free type (ATT.NET, SBCGlobal, hotmail, interia.pl, onet.pl) should bear in mind that incoming messages to them are automatically sorted and for reasons independent of us can not receive them. If in the next time you do not get answers please check the folder "spam" or "junk mail".
